Program Guidelines

  1. Due to the use of live animals and electrical equipment, programming is provided indoors (with the exception of certain outdoor special events).
  2. We bring everything with us including electrical equipment and slide screen.
  3. It takes several trips to unload the van. We prefer ramp access and a close parking space to the entrance for ease in transporting our live animals and unique artifacts.
  4. We bring many hands-on items! It takes between 45 – 60 minutes to set-up the room prior to the program and another 45 minutes to break it down.
  5. Please have the room ready upon our arrival. We prefer to have a cleared area in the room for seating with 2 – 4 tables to display items. Children can sit on the floor and adults may sit in chairs.
  6. Hand sanitizer is available at all times. We always encourage proper hand washing at a sink after the presentation.
  7. Due to the sensitivity of live animals, we discourage the use of loud music, fumes or food.
  8. We will do our best to provide you with the animal that has been listed in our program description. If for some reason the animal is not available (ex: shedding, molting, etc.) we will substitute animals for the program as needed.
CHANGING A PROGRAM DATE OR CANCELLATION

If a program date needs to be changed, we can reschedule it for a later date as calendar permits.  If a programs is cancelled within 2 weeks of its scheduled date, then a $75 cancellation fee is applied.  If a program is cancelled the day of the program, then the program is to be paid in full.
